| There is a 2m high stonewall all the way round the area. Along the wall 650 cypresses and 250 olive trees have been planted. |

| There are 14 lamps on consoles on the way from the accommodation way, via the main gate to the main building. Four three-light lamps and 5 single-lamps are lighting the terrace. |

| The whole area has been equipped with a subterraneous irrigation system, 30-sector system with 6 - 7 irrigation jets, electronically controlled. |
